From wounded to wonderful, without fixing you.

You can understand your patterns inside and out and still find yourself repeating them in the way you treat yourself and the people closest to you. This course starts from a different place: nothing is wrong with you, and you don't have to be fixed before you're allowed to have the relationships and the sense of self you want.

Be You Now Course 1 is a self-paced course by Karen Myers, LCSW, built around short weekly practices called Love Works. Each one helps you notice a limiting belief as it shows up in real life, get clear on what you want to create instead, and take one small, intentional action toward it.

Inside this course, you'll:

Define your self-love and relationship identity, including the environment, habits, skills, and beliefs that go with it
Spot where limiting beliefs shape your thoughts, actions, and emotions, and shift toward core positive beliefs about your worth
Use anchoring and the Central Channel Breath to ground yourself when you're triggered
Practice active listening and honest "I" statements to strengthen your connections
Create a vision board of the life and relationships you're choosing
Rewrite the story you've been living and track simple weekly habits that support it
Finish by comparing who you were at the start to who you are now

Each Love Work comes with a downloadable PDF to guide you. Write in a journal, print it out, or draw a picture instead. There are no right or wrong answers, and you can always go back and change things.

Take it on its own or alongside Course 2, in any order.

Be You Now is educational and coaching. It is not therapy or a substitute for mental health care.
