From wounded to wonderful, without fixing you.

You can work hard, follow every piece of financial advice, and still feel stuck. A ceiling at work. Money stress that keeps coming back. This course looks underneath the strategy at the beliefs, feelings, and memories that shape how you earn, spend, and receive. It starts from the idea that you don't need fixing. You need a different place to make decisions from.

Be You Now Course 2 is a self-paced course by Karen Myers, LCSW, built around short weekly practices called Love Works. Each one helps you notice what's driving your career and money decisions, and take small, aligned actions toward what you actually want to create.

Inside this course, you'll:

Take a Relationship with Money Assessment to see how you think, feel, and act around money right now, then return to it at the end to notice what's shifted
Explore your relationship with money through the Three Chairs exercise
Uncover the hidden beliefs, emotions, and experiences that shape your money reality
Examine how a limiting belief may be shaping your career and your finances
Shift from reacting to money problems to creating your financial reality
Practice moving from a fixing mindset to a creative one with a simple daily table
Anchor a new career and money identity in your own words

Each Love Work comes with a downloadable PDF to guide you. Write in a journal, print it out, or draw a picture instead. There are no right or wrong answers, and you can always go back and change things.

Take it on its own or alongside Course 1, in any order.

Be You Now is educational and coaching. It is not therapy, financial advice, or a substitute for mental health care.
